Quest - 1, 2, 3 Come Quest With Me

Click here to download the Quest before you go.

This is a good Quest for children ages 3–6 and their adult companion(s). The Quest is a counting game — written in couplets — and is easy for kids to enjoy with help from an adult.

The Quest starting point is at Kendall Lake in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Traveler’s Note: Kendall Lake is located at 1000 Truxell Rd., about 2.5 miles southeast of the Lock 29 Towpath Trailhead in Peninsula and a short hop over from the America’s Byway, which runs along Riverview Road in Peninsula.

Plan to spend some time exploring and playing. Bring along a blanket and picnic basket. This site has a shelter, restroom and a short loop trail. Download Junior Ranger Activity cards from the CVNP web site — or pick them up at any of the National Park Visitor Centers on your way to the Quest — for additional activities with your little ones!
