Classic family fun can be had on the rides at Tuscora Park, bicycling on the Towpath Trail, or perhaps counting the buttons in the Button House at Warther Museum. And train lovers of all ages will be amazed at the intricate wood train carvings of “Moody” Warther — called “priceless works of art” by the Smithsonian — and featured at the museum.

Towpath Trail Wanderings - Close to three miles of improved Towpath Trail offer a great outdoor outing. You can stick to the 2.9 mile stretch between Fort Laurens and Canal Lands Park or consider a journey north. At this point, the Towpath, with a few short breaks along the way, will take you 81+ miles north - and offers a great way to spend a few vacation days!
