Akron Glass Works

Opened in 2006, the Akron Glass Works hot shop isn't like anything around! The shop's focus is to provide the public with opportunities to experience the exciting art of glassblowing first hand. Their workshops are their biggest draw, and anyone 15 years and older, no experience necessary, can give it a try! Some of the area's finest glass artists work in the Akron Glass Works studio to create glass pieces for the gift shop as well as custom art installations, and corporate awards.
